PSYCHOLOGICAL COUNSELING CELL

Counseling is a talking therapy that involves a trained therapist listening to you and helping you find ways to deal with emotional issues. Counseling is an integral part of an over-all programme of guidance. “Counseling is a specific process of assistance extended by an expert in an individual situation to a needy person”. This means the counseling situation arises when a needy person is face to face with and expert who makes available his assistance to the needy individual to fulfill his needs.

About IG Psychological Counseling Cell

Indra Ganesan College of Engineering is providing qualitative education for the overall development of students. But in this technological era, it has become vital to empower the students with knowledge and skills. IGCE have a counseling center to interact with the students who are facing troubles in academic, personal and society. This Cell expressly focuses to build up the individuality and groom students who hail from diverse milieu.
