Indra Ganesan College of Engineering, an esteemed autonomous institution established in 2008, celebrated its Crystal Jubilee, is a leading educational institution under the aegis of Indra Ganesan Educational & Charitable Trust. The campus is situated in an extensive area with tectonic and beauteous ambience and amenities. Since its initiation, the institution keeps on trailblazing things towards the upliftment of younger minds. The institution is affiliated to Anna University, Chennai and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and is accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). The College has been included under section 2f & 12(B) of the UGC Act 1956. The college was recognized as Centre for Research by Anna University. Anna University, Chennai has granted Permanent Affiliation for Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, Electronic and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Master of Business Administration. In accordance with the compelling necessity of technological amelioration, skill development training is provided for students to enhance their codified and tactic knowledge, via installing c4i4 Lab, Centre for Industry 4.0 funded by Ministry of Heavy Industries, SEED (Skill Enhancement & Employability Development) Lab and also collaborating with industries like TVS, SAMARTH UDYOG, TIDITSSIA, etc., The College has Gained Ground in the last 16 years and making headway towards Superiority in Engineering Education, Research and Development.
