  • ABSTRACT & RESEARCH PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
The authors are requested to adhere to the following guidelines.
  • 1. Every paper must be accompanied by a cover page, which should include the title of the paper, name(s) of the author(s) and their affiliations, resident country and the complete postal and e-mail addresses and telephone numbers of the author(s).
  • 2. The Research Papers should be in a Word Document format, Times New Roman, 12- point font size with 1.5 line spacing, 1 inch margins and APA style of referencing.
  • 3. The Word Limit for the Research Paper is limited to 4500 words, and must include the following: Title, Objectives of the study, Methodology, Findings, Conclusion/ Implications/ Recommendations, Limitations (if any), Acknowledgements (if appropriate), References, and Appendices (if appropriate).
  • 4. Abstracts should be limited to 250 words.
  • 5. The Institute has a strict anti-plagiarism policy, therefore, the authors must ensure originality of the work.
  • Authors are requested to prepare their abstract and paper and send a soft copy through e-Mail:   icaidscs@igceng.com
  • Selected candidates will be informed through mail. The decision of the Review Committee regarding the selection of papers will be final and binding.
  • PUBLICATION
All selected papers will be published in the conference proceeding. Best papers will be published in Scopus Indexed, Web of Science, Anna University Annexure Journals, and UGC care journals*.

  • ABOUT TIRUCHIRAPPALLI
Tiruchirappalli is situated on the banks of the river Kaveri situated in the middle of Tamil Nadu. The city is known for its temple architecture, educational institutions, industries as well as agricultural fields. Amongst handicraft are brassware, handloom textiles, pith models of temples and Rock Fort. Tiruchirappalli is the district headquarters of the district of Tiruchirappalli and has its name for tourist attraction with geographically centre of the state. The fourth largest city of the state is a thriving commercial centre. Tiruchirappalli itself is an industrial town, where a number of industries flourish. An International Airport also available at Tiruchirappalli and the city is 325 km away from the city of Chennai. The delegates coming from abroad are advised to take flight to Chennai International Airport; and domestic air service to Tiruchirappalli. You can also reach by bus/cab/train to Tiruchirappalli.

CLIMATE & CLOTHING

The weather in Tiruchirappalli during January is normally mild, perfect to enjoy your free time. The average temperature varies from 28-32C during the day but evening temperatures can be lower up to 20C. Smart casual attire is appropriate for all conference business sessions.

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation will be arranged in the hotels on request; it offers you a relaxing and comfortable stay. Rooms in lower category hotels are also available. Room type will be allocated as per your requirements according to availability. Those who are interested to stay hotels in the city will have to pay the hotel charges directly to the concerned hotel at the end of their stay. Please indicate on the registration form, your choice for stay so that the advance booking will be made on behalf of the concerned delegates. The tariff details will be given later.
